LONDON, April 12. Mrs Charlotte Smith declares that trafficking in babies is a common trade i Boston. Giving evidence before the c tate Legislative Committee on Public Health, she said babies could be bought from 8s umvards. She herself had bought babies, and knew where she ?ould get plenty more. "The idol in 'most Boston homes." *aid Mrs Smith, "is the black poodle do-. -«h~*> cost from £20 to £200. but you can get a bsby at frori 8s to £2, according to whether it is a bioade or a brunette." y
