LONDON, April 12. Mrs Charlotte Smith declares that trafficking in babies is a common trade i Boston. Giving evidence before the c tate Legislative Committee on Public Health, she said babies could be bought from 8s umvards. She herself had bought babies, and knew where she ?ould get plenty more.
