LONDON WOOL MARKETS. «T CABLB—PSESB ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. LONDON, April 23. At the wool sales, 10,067 bales were offered, including 5771 bales from New Zealand. There was a large attendance, and bidding was excellent and spirited. There was wide competition for crossbreds, which sold on a par with the closing rates of the March sales. Slipes were occasionally in sellers' favour. Merinos were a rather* limited selection, but prices were maintained.
