The Chronicle's Salonika correspondent reports that Greece and Bulgaria are rapidly drifting into war. The Bulgarians are concentrating, and have tlrawn a division each from Chataldja, Adrianople and Bnlair. The Servians are reassembling north of Salonika, ready to help the Greeks. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 23. Turkey has arranged with Servia and Oreece for a suspension of hostilities and the repatriation of prisoners. The Greeks are -withdrawing from the islands and concentrating their troops on Salonika. The Servian troops at Scutari have been transferred to Salonika. BELGRADE, April 23. The partial withdrawal of the Servians from Albania was signalised by .an outbreak among the Albanians. The Mohammedans on the right bank of the,Devpli,river attacked the Christians on the left bank.
