sion enquiring into the matter of lifesaving provisions on board ship, Mr Balsillie, a wireless expert, stated that 80 pci1 cent, of the wireless business in Australia was what was known as "love and kisses," namely messages between friends, and 01113 7 5 per cent, were bona fide commercial messages.
