CONGESTED SYDNEY
SYDNEY, Oct. 23. The reports of Mr >Hayne, the English expert, on traffic congestion in the city, was tabled in the Assembly. It recommends a bridge across the harbor and underground railways and tramways, at a cost, excluding the bridge, of £4,500,000.
