TO-DAY'S COURT.

(Before Mr Kenrick). Judgment was entered for the plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases: Hurrell Bros. v. W. Waller, £2 4s; W. H. Webley v. D. Raingaroa, £3 11s 6d; G. C. Sage v. Tama Tonga, £2 ss; J. Brunette v. J. A. Jury, £14 15s; J. Adams v. Ngamare, £10 10s 6d; G. W. Hayward v. H. Minhinmck, £5 7s 6d; J. Adams v. Koi Ngamare, £3 10s; R. T. Bullock (Mr Foy) v. W. Smith (Mr Sellar), an application for the examination of judgment debtor as to an attachment order. After the examination the order was refused. It was shown that the debtor had paid moneys into the hands of her solicitor for distribution pro rata among her creditors.
