ANTI-TOTALISATOR SPEECH.
Mr Albert Bruntnell, a member of the Legislative Assembly, speaking against the totalisator, said that no doubt the fascination of the totalisator increased the volume of betting amongst all classes in. New Zealand, and its real danger seemed to be that it would draw into its toils the individual who would not dream of betting "with a bookmaker.
