THE EX-SULTAN.
CONSTANTINOPLE, Oct. 21. The ex-Sultan, Abdul Hamid, will be noused in the place where his brother was imprisoned. The Tanin newspaper violently attacks the Government for transferring Abdul Hamid, which, it says, constitutes a national danger.
