THE NE TEMERE DECREE
DUNEDIN PRESBYTERY'S REPORT
BY TELEGRAPH —PttESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, Sep. 3. The committee appointed by the Dunedin Presbytery to consider the Ne Temere decree presented its report today, recommending that as nothing the Roman Catholic Church could do could affect -phe civil rights of persons married according to the law of the dominion, no further action need be taken. The report was adopted.
