(Received Sep. 4, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Sep. 3. The Criccieth Castle, from Peru to Antwerp, foundered off Cape Horn. A lifeboat with eleven alive and six dead reached the Falkland Islands. Another boat containing seven is missing.
