Mr Tudor (Federal Minister of Customs) has referred the question of the sugar workers in Queensland to the federal Arbitration Court to decide whether the standard of wages and conditions of employment are reasonable, and if the Court holds that they are not reasonable, whether the bounty can be withdrawn from the employers.
