(Received July 29, 11 a.m.) . LONDON, July 28. Messrs Harland and Wolff (shipbuilders) intimated that owing to the oontinuance of assaults and intimidation further departments in their business Avill be closed. Workmen specially skilled and responsible for the working of the power plant have ben molested and ceased work. They cannot be replaced, and the whole establishment is gradually closing down.
