At- the Courthouse to-day, before Mr Kenrick, S.M., a man named Julian was filed 20s, with costs, and another man named Gungall 10s, with costs* for breach of prohibition' orders. Mr ODea appeared for the first-named and Sergeant Griffith said that in the second case, it w ras the defendant's, first offence. A first-offeiider for drunkenness was fined ss. A prohibition order was issued against a local resident.
