That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Counties Act 1908," and "The Rating Act,, 1908," and in particular by i Sections 117 and 118 of "The Countjes Act, 1908," it is the intention of this Council to make ana levy on TUESDAY, the 30th I day of July, 1912, the following General Rates for the period from Ist April, 1912, to the 31st March, 1913, viz.:— Hawera Riding (outlying district), lid in the £.
