THE CONTINENTAL SITUATION.
PARIS, July 12. The situation at Dunkirk is grave, and the dockers, seamen, coal heavers, carmen and lightermen are idle. The Journal de Paris states that the lack of properly trained crews for vessels sailing to Algiers constitutes a serious danger and officers in some cases are doing most of the work of the crew. Many waiters, chauffeurs, music hall artists and watchmakers are also unemployed-
