ARREST OF A GOVERNOR

LISBON, July 12. The Governor of Valencia has been arrested. The commander of the garrison fed. It is supposed that he was implicated in tbe surrender of tha town to the Royalists. Many Royalists are armed with •spikes, scythes, and billhooks. MADRID, July 12. All Royalists returning from the raid or? being arrested to prevent further trouble.
