The Dominion states that Mr Herries will not be the Minister in charge oi racing permit*, as had been announced He is already a member of the, Racing Conference, aad very probably he dal not care to act in the dual capaoitv. It h*is not yet been decided which Minister shall undertake the duty of regulating the issue of totalisator'permits.
