His visit will be a quiet pnvate one. Mr W. H. Herries Minister of Railways, also contemplated an early visit to Auckland, but it will be brief and private. Members of the new Government though they have had scarcely two full days m office, have settled down to business. Their predecessors cleared ;£ ThoZ SX^ eh aS P°ssibH but after t- vote the administrative work accumulated. No official journeys are likely to be made by any of the new Ministers diirmg the adjournment.
