(Received July 12, 11 a.m.) LONDON, July 11. At Mr Harcourt's instance the Lord Mayor has opened a fund to raise £100,000 to enable the London School of Tropical TVledicine to extend its operations towards .establishing a nursing home for sufferers from tropical diseases.
