in, o NAPIER, June 26. ln« bupreme Court was engaged all day hearing a charge of manslaughter against Kuka Matene Ropiha, arising out of a motor accident at Waipawa, on May 1/, when two native passengers were killed by the overturning of a car while going round a corner at a speed alleged to be excessive, accused being the driver. The evidence was not con^ eluded and the further hearing of the court was adjourned till to-morrow.
