Sir E. Carson (member for Dublin University) addressing the Women's Unionist Tariff Reform Association, said that in. view of the Government's Ulster policy, he intended, when he went to Ulster, to break every law possible, and let the Government take what course it liked. He was not afraid, for such' a wretched; miserable, time-serv-ing lot of opportunists had never sat in Parliament.
