VIENNA, June 25. The Iglay arrests disclosed a plot against the Archduke Josef Ferdinand. The arrested persons include Cantanero, a priest, and Ipavic, a peasant. The latter declared that Catanero offered him £20 to throw a shrapnel shell at the Archduke's car. A shell was found in Ipavic's house.
