Avery, secretary of the taranaki Hockey Association/is in receipt of a telegram from the Auckland Association to the effect that the Auckland representatives wish to play Taranaki on Thursday, July 18. The Auckland contingent will then be on tour. A match will thus most likely be held at New Plymouth. „
