DOMINION RINK.
Among those on the floor at the Dominion Skating J}i n k i ast there were several beginners, which show* that the pastime is gaining in popularity in Hawera. Now that the link is, open nightly, the management is issuing monthly season tickets (admission and Moorage) for-10s; and also concession ticKets, whereby seven Is tickets may be obtained for ss. A band will be in attendance at the rink this (Wednesday) evening. GREATER AMERICAN MINSTRELS. In the selection of a company to tour the United States, and the Australian colonies, the Hugo Brothers hare spared neither time nor money to make their Greater American Minstrels, whoappear at the Opera House on Friday, one of the best ever produced. Each member of the company was selected purely for his or her merits, even to the members of the band, and the vaudeville contingent, and each is not only an adept in the particular part of the entertainment in which he apoears, but is also a talented musician who can fit into almost any position. The company s band gives a concert in front, of +he theatre during the day, and Misslies Clark sings at the concert thusgiven. The company appears at Hawera on Friday, June 28.
