FRENCH SEAMEN'S STRIKE.
PARIS, June 23. The Seamen's Union, while willing to accept Government arbitration, reserve the right to accept or reject the award. The employers, in consequence, will not agree to the proposal.

The dockers at Marseilles resolved to boycott vessels manned by bluejackets.
