MELBOURNE, June 20. In the House of Representatives Mr Alfred Deakin (leader of the Opposition) 'mored that the Government merits censure for its failure to realise constitutional obligations, its flagrant neglect of duty to secure industrial peace and good order, its maladministration of public departments, its gross partisan action with regard to appointments, and the reckless irresponsibility of its financial affairs.
The House has adjourned until tomorrow.
