Races run under the Rules of New | Zealand Trotting. ] 2. All races optional saddle or harness. 3. AH horses must be registered with the New Zealand Trotting Association j prior to nomination. I 4. Nominations must be accompanied by necessary fees; otherwise they will be rejected. Also age, sex, and color of horses and colors to be worn by rider. 5. Nomination must contain last three performances (winning or losing). The omission of compliance with this condition renders the nomination invalid. See Rules. 6. All disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall' be settled' by the Judicial Committee. (See RuleSi.) 7. Riders and drivers must weigh aut in full jockey's colors and breeches. (See Rule 2260 8. Protests must be accompanied by ! a deposit of £5, and must be in the i hands of the Secretary within 10 mm- ! ntes of the decision of the race. The deposit fee is forfeited to the Trotting Association should the objection be dismissed. 9. Drivers and riders must nresent at scale current season's licenses. 10.
