WELLINGTON, June 19. At Petone to-day 10 Territorials, who had failed to attend any daylight parades, were each fined 20s with 17s 6d costs, with the alternative of 48 hours' imprisonment. Dr McArthur said if the fines were not paid in a week he would at once issue warrants. He told the defendants they were only playing larrikin tricks, and' were nothing but a lot of fools.
