THE KILT.
Mr Pearce, Minister of Defenrp. stated regarding the abolition of kilts, that the Commonwealth was unable to have national regiments with the Territorial organisation, owing to the inconvenience caused fcherebv, and if these were retained the Territorial system would have to go.
