CONQUIST'S HALLUCINATION.
rt OABLE— PB.EBB ANSOCHTTON—OOPTRTWBT SYDNEY, June 17. Ccnquist, who was shot by a police officer in self-defence, suffered from a hallucination that men were pursuing him to kill hhn. He wandered into the country armed with a pea-rifle and a big knife, and kept the police at bay in a house in Tumut. He escaped at night and flod to Adelong.
