, • TIXIARU, June 16. At the Magistrate's Court a young man named Michael O'Leary was fined £3, or 14 days' imprisonment, for an unprovoked assault, on Chas. Meikle, tho von Arx illusionist, and a member of a touring American company, by knocking him douu on the fdotpath and then kicking him. Defendant stated tha'c he would appeal.
