LONDON, June 8. Mr W. Brace. M.P., succeeds "Mabon" (Mr W. Abraham, M.P.) in the presidency of the South Wales Miners' Federation, defeating Mr Stanton (Socialist), who received only 32 votes. Mr Winstone beat Mr Hartshorn for the vice-presidency.
