George Curzon, a New Zealander, aged do. was recently before the Sydney 1 ohce Court on a charge of having obtained £2 10s belonging to W. and J^. Larke, Ltd., from George Hazel, by i means of a valueless cheque. The police evidence schowed that Curzon had tendered a valueless cheque for £90 in payment for a motor cycle and a side car and that he received £2 10s change! Curzon was committed for trial. Mr J.
