The prospectus of the New Zealand loan was favorably received. The loan is quojbed at from par to a naif per cent premium. It is estimated that it will yield investors £4 0s 8d per cent* tfhe principal is repayable at par on July 1, 1914.

The Financial Times says that the field is good for security of this class. No doubt the. public appreciate the opportunity which is seldom given to subscribe for a short-dated loan of this character.
