IF NEGOTIATIONS FAIL

(Received June TO, 11 a.m.) LONDON, June 9. If to-morrow's stride negotiations fail it is expected the Government will promptly force legislation through Parliament. The Government's supporters emhasise the urgency of preventing the London struggle spreading to other nm-ts by legislating, if necessary, on a minimum wage as in the case of the mines;
