CHARGE OF BURGLARY.
NEW ZEALAND DOCTOR ARRESTED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT LONDON, May U. Dr Donald, a l^ew Zealander, has been charged with stealing the jewellery of a lady occupying a flat above his. The woman said that she saw a hand inserted through an open window and abstract the jewellery from a table. Dr Donald stated that he heard a woman scream, and rushed to her assistance. The lady accused him of theft, and he was arrested. The Magistrate, in acquitting Donald, expressed sympathy with him.
