DEBT CASES

Judgment was entered far plaintiffs, with costs, in the following cases: J. Adams v. Davy Rangiroa, £23 15s; L. Corngan v. W. L. Conragan, £10 (a claim tor arrears under & deed of separation).

F. S. Canning (Mr ODea) ,v.. Wahiaroa, claim £6 Os Id.—There Avas no appearance of judgment debtor, .who was ordered to pay the amount forthwith; in defaults seven days' imprisonment. W. C. Byrnes (Mr Sellar) y. Nga Hoota Ramapuipui, claim £9 17s 6d. —There was no appearance of judgment debtor, who was ordered to pay the amount forthwith; in default, 14 days' imprisonment. •

'Smith and Easton (Mr.,R. G .Sellar) v. U. M. Lynch, claim £9 4s.—Judgment debtor appeared* and after examination _the cab© was adjourned till next Uuesday, to "-'enable him to make up a full statement of his earnings.' F S.
