LAND PURCHASE.
BERLIN, May 5. A Bill has been introduced in the Prussian Diet, empowering the Government to raise £5,000,000 to purchase land in certain districts of East Prussia and Schleswig-Holstein, for the settlement of German farmers, to prevent the land falling into the hands of Poles and Danes.
