BUSINESS CHANGES IN HAWERA.

Two business changes in Hawera are announced in another column in this issue, Mr E. C. Hay ton, of Wellington, having purchased Mr John Campbell's plumbing and tinsmithing business, and Mr W. Rossiter, of Patea. having bought out Mr N. C. Young's butchery business. It is understood that Mr Campbell contemplates a trip to the Old Country, and for this reason decided to relinquish the business he has so long conducted here. His> successor, Mr Hayton, of Wellington, is a very competent tradesman, having had considerable city experience. He recently went to England, where he further studied the latest and most approved methods of sanitation, plumbing, tinsmithing. etc., and should, therefore, be quite competent to ably control tho business he has just entered upon. With regard to Mr N. C. Young's business, Mr Rossiter comes to Hawera with considerable experience sained in Chnst church and Dunedin. He is also .well-known in Patea, where lie resided for a number of years. Mr Rossiter is determined to do all he can, not only to retain the old customers, but to ex-tc-c\ the business.
