NUNS BARRICADE THE DOORS
INMATES RESCUED WITH
DIFFICULTY

In order to keep the rule forbidding men to enter, the nuns barricaded the burning building against the firemen and police.
Seven aged nuns were found unconscious when the police battered down the doors. The nuns were rescued with flifficulty. ;
