The following rinks have been chosen to play against Patea to-morrow at Hawera: A. Robertson, Reilly, Henson, Foy; J. Hicks, Wilkie, W. Robertson, R. Hicks; Barnett, Keen, Curtis, Tait; Robinson, Treeby, Fnden, Stannard. The three first play-for the banner.

The Opunake Bowling Club purpose visiting Manaia to-morrow (Wednesday), if possible bringing five rinks, and it'is the intention to p}ay three games in one for the Fox shield, Taranaki banner, and a club match. The following tlrree rinks have been chosen for the banner match, and the scores of two, as agreed upon before the game commences:, will be counted for the Fox shield: Garrigan, C. Taylor, Hair. Armitage (s); Tavlor OV.). McDonald', Hotter, Christie \s) ; Kissling, Bennett, Franklin, Lusher (s); and the other two rinks from the following players en the green: Butler, Long, Borrie, Mildon, Candy/ Hunt, Gee. Hunger Cassidy, McKenzie, MacPEillips.

The Manaia club propose sending two rinks to the Taranaki tournament at Patea next month.
