ARCHBISHOP CARR AND SOCIALISM.

Archbishop Can-, speaking at Warr--nainbool, said a great crisis was approaching, threatening the social, moral and religious interests of the people of • every land. There was a Socialism which tended to uplift the workinghian, which he ardently supported. There was the extreme Socialism which was largely identified with anarchism/ and acknowledged no law of morality, or God, whereto he was desperately opposed.
