The Tribuna and Novosti both detail the activity of an,officers'1 league called the 'Black Hand,' 1 who demand the dismissal of Radicals or King Peter's abdication in favor of the Crown Prince. It is alleged the agitation arises from the political and material condition of the country. Many of the young officers connected with the 1903 movement are concerned in the plot. The situation is similar to that of 1903. A coup d'etat is expected, as the Crown Prince is now separated from the league.
