NATIVE LICENSING POLL

SPECIAL COURT TO SIT

A special court under the Licensing Act, to hear a petition against the declared result of the Horouta native licensing poll, will sit at Port Awanui on February 7. The presiding Magistrates will be Mr Barton, S.M. of Gisborne, Mr Dyer, S.M. of Rotorua, and Mr McCarthy, S.M. of Napier.
