ANOTHER STEAMER SEIZED

" PARIS, Jan. 27. Ihe Italians seized the French steamer Tavignano on the Tunisian coast, and have taken her to Tripoli ROME, Jan. 27. France has undertaken to establish the identity of the Manouba's passengers, and the matters of principle involved in the seizure will be submitted to the Hague Tribunal. (Received Jan. 29, 8.5 a.m.) PARIS, Jan. 28. Hie steamer Tavignano has been released. No contraband goods were discovered on board.
