THE HOLLAND CASE.

At the Supreme Court to-day, the circumstances in connection with the death of Elsie Alexandra Holland, at a, house in Kingsland Terrace, on June 13 last, again engaged the attention of Judge Chapman and a jury, when Marthat Jane O'Shaughnessy, formerly known as Maxwell, was charged with murder. Under this charge prisoner had been, tried on two previous occasions, but on both the jury disagreed, and a re-trial" was ordered. The Cfcwn Prosecutor, in outlining the case, said that prisoner was charged with murder, as the result of an alleged illegal operation. The efisg was not concluded when the court rpjg, ,
