BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. AVELLINGTON, Oct. 17. In the Appeal Court, in the case of Ilex v. Ehrman, an appeal from the -declaration that a prisoner was an habitual criminal, it was held that the declaration must stand.
