FRESH STRIKE OF LONDON DOCKERS.

LONDON, August 1. . There is a fresh strike of London dockers and allied workers.

All the Tilbury docks are involved except the Port of London authority employees.

Ten thousand have been rendered idle, and the lonic is unable to unload her meat and fruit.

The clerical staff enabled the passengers to secure their luggage.

The Peninsular, Blue Funnel, and Shaw Savill Companies are affected.

The men assert that tlie masters recently agreed to a uniform wage of eightpence per hour for all classes of dock workers, and that the masters now repudiate the agreement.
