Parliament has been prorogued till ..August 23. Whatever the state of the jparties then it is expected that Mr "Wade, Leader of. the Opposition, will, .again move a censure motion, in order to determine the personnel of the parities. Mr Neilsen has formally resigned. It is not intended to fill the vacancy until ..Mr McGowen's return.
The by-elections will be bitterly fought". The leaders on both sides are preparing an active campaign.
