PORTUGUESE CONSPIRATORS.
HOW THEY WILL BE DEALT WITH. !
LISBON, July 27. The Government has drafted the Bill under which it is proposed to deal with those who have heen conspiring against the Republic.
The measure provides that the conspirators now living abroad may present themselves before the nearest Portuguese Consul and signify their recognition of the Republic.
If they do this they will be allowed to return to Portugal, and will be free to exercise all their rights of citizenship, the Administration agreeing to overlook all previous acts of rebellion.
